Initially I was hired as the Graphic Design Manager for Competitive Cyclist, and aid in managing the Backcountry Design team. However, after 8 months, following a large-scale layoff, I assumed management of design and designers for Backcountry, Competitive Cyclist, and Steep & Cheap.

Since then, I have elevated Competitive Cyclist to a new level of sophistication and design, enhancing imagery and visual communication. As well as direct and manage Backcountry established design language and styles. This role has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to manage a large team of talented designers, and to concept, art direct, and execute multiple successful campaigns across various brands.
